Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Pahadi Wheels, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. To make the process simple and transparent, we have outlined our cancellation and refund policy below.
1. Cancellations by the Customer

More than 14 days before the trip:
✅ Full refund of advance payment (after deducting transaction/bank charges). -
7–14 days before the trip:
✅ 50% refund of advance payment. -
Less than 7 days before the trip:
❌ No refund of advance payment. -
No-show on the day of travel:
❌ No refund will be issued.
2. Cancellations by Pahadi Wheels
In rare circumstances (vehicle breakdown, natural calamities, strikes, road closures, etc.), we may have to cancel or reschedule your trip. In such cases:

✅ Full refund of advance payment will be provided.

✅ Option to reschedule your trip to a future date without extra charges.
3. Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after receiving your cancellation request.

Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used at the time of booking.
4. Modifications / Rescheduling

Requests to modify or reschedule bookings must be made at least 7 days before the trip.

Rescheduling is subject to vehicle availability and may involve additional charges.
5. Non-Refundable Charges

Transaction fees, payment gateway charges, or taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Costs incurred for permits, passes, or special arrangements will not be refunded.
