Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Pahadi Wheels (pahadiwheels.com). By booking a trip, renting a vehicle, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any reservations.

1. General Terms

• Pahadi Wheels operates from Solan, Himachal Pradesh, India and offers Tempo Traveller rentals, group tours, and customized road trips.

• By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into agreements.

2. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings must be made through our official website, phone, or email.

• A booking confirmation will only be issued after we receive the required advance payment.

• The balance payment must be cleared before the start of the journey unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit cards, or other accepted methods.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation by the Customer:

  • More than 14 days before the trip: Full refund of advance (minus transaction charges).

  • 7–14 days before the trip: 50% refund of advance.

  • Less than 7 days before the trip: No refund of advance.

• Cancellation by Pahadi Wheels:

  • In rare cases (natural disasters, vehicle breakdown, strikes, etc.), we may cancel or reschedule. A full refund of advance will be provided if we cancel.

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must provide accurate details while booking (number of passengers, itinerary preferences, etc.).

• Any damages to the vehicle caused by passengers will be charged to the customer.

• Alcohol, drugs, or any illegal activities inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.

• Customers must follow safety guidelines and local laws during the journey.

5. Our Responsibilities

• We ensure that all vehicles are well-maintained, clean, and driven by professional, experienced drivers.

• We will make reasonable efforts to follow the agreed itinerary. However, unforeseen circumstances such as road closures, weather conditions, or safety concerns may lead to changes.

• We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or factors beyond our control.

6. Liability

• Pahadi Wheels is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the trip.

• We are not liable for injuries, accidents, or medical emergencies during travel, though we will assist in arranging help if required.

• Travel insurance is highly recommended and is the responsibility of the customer.

7. Vehicle Usage

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.

• Food and drinks are allowed, but customers are requested to maintain cleanliness.

• The driver’s decision will be final in matters concerning road safety, routes, and driving hours.

8. Modifications

• Any changes to your itinerary or booking must be communicated in advance and may incur additional charges.

• Pahadi Wheels reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Himachal Pradesh.
